The Boss's Bunt Belgian Tripel (away)

Baboon Heart Cascadian Dark Ale (away)
ABV 6.2% IBU 65 - This "Black IPA" strikes a beautiful balance between citrusy-resinous Northwest hops and subdued roasted chocolate caramel notes. Finishing semi-dry, the malt balance is not lost in an onslaught of hops.
The Boss’s Brew (away)
ABV 5.5% IBU 17 - Ginger and Rye are two of my favourite things in a beer. The first note of aromatic ginger is still there to greet you. The interplay of rye and ginger offers an earthy spiciest with a suggestion of fruit from the yeast, that is a palate pleasing leading into a dry, slightly bitter finish.
